Finally, the judgment of the case filed by the Republic against Saed Kubenea, Ubungo Member State of the offer allegedly abusive language Makonda Paul, Chief District Kindononi arrived completes.
Thomas Simba, Chief Resident Magistrate at the Magistrate's Court in Dar es Salaam said, the court convicted Kubenea and the failure to punish an offense similar to this within three months.

John Mallya, one of the lawyers who was defending Kubenea said that the court should not rely on testimony from the police alone to reach the decision that the police could not resist Makonda.

The trial opened on 15 December last year after the two leaders differ on the TOOKU textile factory located Ubungo in Dar es Salaam on 14 December last year where Kubenea was arrested by police on the orders Makonda area.
The incident occurred amid a strike of more than 1,800 workers of the factory who had called the MP to go to resolve the crisis.
Kubenea arrived in the area at 6 PM to meet with staff listening to their concerns long.
