DK. Harrison Mwakyembe, Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs, has said that Tanzania is best to continue to suffer and die as poor Tanzanians than continuing harassment and European countries.
Mwakyembe, who however did not mention those nations directly but seemed touched some European nations and the Government of the United States violated the relationship with the Government of Tanzania in all matters relating to development projects funded by the millennium challenge fund (MCC).
Mwakyembe has issued the statement while speaking to the staff of the ministry of the Constitution and in the law here, as a continuation of his first official visit to the region of Mwanza.
Mwakyembe who is also the Member of Parliament Kyela Mbeya region, has said that he is surprised by some of the people who wanted to put the nation in bad things and what is inappropriate and contrary to the values of Tanzanians.
He said those nations have been visible to force entry into Tanzania and Tanzanians unacceptable things themselves, including the issue of `ushoga` act which he claims is the loose.
"It is better to die poor than to run in fear, they want watuendeshe just us things like homosexuality should be challenged quite wrong and impossible.
"Things such as homosexual is of loose and if Tanzanians we disagree with them, even in our own ethics do not want things like that," said Mwakyembe.

In other action Mwakyembe Minister, said that his office has already imekwishaunda Judicial Conduct committee, to control some of the judges who work practices and ethics kutokufata.
He said that the creation of the committee, will help people to work on the key professionals in the field because there are some judges who are alcoholics legal ethics.
"We have information there are some judges who are alcoholics and others are in the process of assistance after being overcome by alcohol but now tomorrow you surprised that the judge is coming and he will give a decision," said Mwakyembe.
He said One other goal is to create such a committee might want to modify some of the behavior of judges, including the Court of beginning to do justice to all citizens without respect of persons.
